The Sammoha Tantra goes into the existence of 402 Saiva Tantras, 339 Vaisnava Tantras, 180Saura Tantras, 122 Ganapatya Tantras and 39 Bauddha Tantras. Tantra is forever evolving and there it isn't a single book faith.
